I worked with this company for approximately 7 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail.
Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 7 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted.
I'm still waiting for resolution after 7 months and have filed complaints with the BBB.
Total cost: $2200 (higher than the initial quote of $2000). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

Communication gaps during the middle months were frustrating. Timeline estimates were not accurate.

Avoid upfront fees - legitimate companies often offer payment plans or contingency pricing.
