• Not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Accurately represent what documentation you have to support your claims

Proof Attached Badge

The "Proof Attached" badge indicates that a reviewer has stated they possess documentation to support their review (such as contracts, emails, invoices, call logs, or screenshots). This badge is based on the reviewer's self-declaration. Proofed Reviews does not collect, verify, or store the actual documentation.

Content License

By posting content on our platform, you grant Proofed Reviews a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Offer or accept payment in exchange for reviews
• Create multiple accounts to post multiple reviews
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Service without permission
• Use automated systems (bots) to access the Service
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

Moderation

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to content that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Contains personal attacks or threats
• Appears to be spam or promotional
• Is reported by other users and found to violate our guidelines
• Contains false or misleading information

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reviews or information on the platform. Reviews represent the opinions of individual users and do not represent our views.

We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information found on this platform. You should conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any timeshare company.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROOFED REVIEWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification
