After negotiation through my rep, we settled at $7,800. Months 5-6: Escrow and transfer process. The buyer's financing took 3 weeks to clear. Title transfer was handled by their in-house closing team. Total time from listing to close: 6 months. Net proceeds after commission and fees: $6,240.
