Trust & Guidelines
Building trust through transparency, proof, and community moderation.
What is "Proofed"?
A "Proofed" review indicates the reviewer has documentation to support their experience. This doesn't mean we verify the documents - it means the reviewer is willing to stand behind their claims with evidence.
What counts as proof?
- Signed contracts or agreements
- Invoices or payment receipts
- Email correspondence with the company
- Call logs or recorded conversations (where legal)
- Screenshots of listings or communications
Review Guidelines
Be Honest & Accurate
Only review companies you've actually worked with. Describe your genuine experience without exaggeration.
Protect Privacy
Don't share personal information about yourself or others. Avoid posting sensitive financial details.
Be Constructive
Focus on facts and specific experiences. Avoid personal attacks, profanity, or inflammatory language.
No False Claims
Do not post false or misleading information. Fake reviews harm the community and may be removed.
