Scam Alert - Do Not Use This Company

1/5Proof Attached

Experience

I paid $3,200 in September 2023 and have received nothing but excuses since then. September 2023: Signed contract and paid fee. Was told the exit would take 6-9 months. October-November 2023: Received confirmation that my case was "assigned" and documents were being reviewed. December 2023: Asked for update, was told they were "preparing the demand letter." January 2024: Called multiple times, couldn't reach anyone. Left voicemails that weren't returned. February 2024: Finally reached someone who said my case manager was "on leave" and they'd assign someone new. March-April 2024: New case manager but same empty promises. Asked for proof of any work done - they couldn't provide any. May 2024: Company phone number disconnected. Website still active but no one responds to emails. Currently: Filed complaints with Florida Attorney General and FTC. Disputing charges with credit card company (may be too late for chargeback since it's been over 6 months).

What Went Well

Nothing. This was a complete scam from the beginning.

What Went Wrong

They took my money and did nothing. Classic timeshare exit scam playbook. The warning signs were there but I was desperate to get out of my timeshare and ignored them.

Advice for Others

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Check if companies are licensed in their state. Verify their physical address exists. Never pay full fees upfront. Use a credit card (not check or wire) so you have chargeback options. Trust your gut - if the pressure is high, walk away.
