Write ReviewScam Alert - Do Not Use This Company
I paid $3,200 in September 2023 and have received nothing but excuses since then. September 2023: Signed contract and paid fee. Was told the exit would take 6-9 months. October-November 2023: Received confirmation that my case was "assigned" and documents were being reviewed. December 2023: Asked for update, was told they were "preparing the demand letter." January 2024: Called multiple times, couldn't reach anyone. Left voicemails that weren't returned. February 2024: Finally reached someone who said my case manager was "on leave" and they'd assign someone new. March-April 2024: New case manager but same empty promises. Asked for proof of any work done - they couldn't provide any. May 2024: Company phone number disconnected. Website still active but no one responds to emails. Currently: Filed complaints with Florida Attorney General and FTC. Disputing charges with credit card company (may be too late for chargeback since it's been over 6 months).
Nothing. This was a complete scam from the beginning.
Room for Improvement
I worked with this company for approximately 10 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 4-7. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the resale as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 4 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $1700 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
They were knowledgeable about my specific resort's processes and programs.

The initial consultation was informative and the case manager assigned to me was helpful when I could reach them.
