Terrible Customer Service

2/5
Rep: Matthew Garcia

I worked with this company for approximately 3 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 3 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 3 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4200 (higher than the initial quote of $2200). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

Saved Me from Foreclosure

I was 2 years behind on maintenance fees and facing foreclosure threats from my resort. This company helped me negotiate a settlement and exit. The process took 10 months and required paying $1,800 in back fees plus their $2,500 service fee, but I'm finally free.

What went well:

They helped me avoid a hit to my credit from the foreclosure. The settlement they negotiated was much less than the full amount owed ($1,800 vs $4,200 in arrears). They dealt with the resort's collection calls on my behalf.

I worked with this company for approximately 11 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 4-7. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the resale as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 2 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $2400 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.

What went well:

The flat fee structure meant I knew exactly what I was paying from the start.
