Contacted this company in March to exit my Orange Lake timeshare. By July, I had my release letter in hand. The 4-month timeline was even faster than their 6-month estimate. They identified that Orange Lake had a deed-back program and helped me navigate it quickly.

I worked with this company for approximately 6 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 3-6. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the deed-back as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 5 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $2100 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
