I worked with this company for approximately 13 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 13 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 13 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1700 (higher than the initial quote of $2100). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I inherited a timeshare from my parents and needed to transfer it to my name or dispose of it. I chose this company after researching several options online and checking their BBB rating. Day 1-3: Initial consultation and document collection. They reviewed my parents' original contract, the will, probate documents, and current maintenance fee statements. Week 1: They provided three options: (1) Transfer to my name, (2) Donate to their charity partner program, (3) Attempt resale. I chose option 2 since I had no interest in keeping the timeshare. Weeks 2-3: They prepared all transfer documents and coordinated with the charity that would receive the ownership. Week 4: I signed documents at a local notary (they paid for the notary service). Documents were submitted to the resort. Weeks 5-8: Waiting period for resort approval of the transfer. Week 9: Received confirmation that the transfer was complete and I was released from all future obligations. Total process: 9 weeks. Total cost: $1,200 flat fee (no hidden charges).
