Finally Done After Fourteen Months

Fourteen months is too long for an exit company that quotes eight to twelve. But Cornerstone did get our exit confirmed with complete documentation, and I want to give credit where it is due. The delay was real — Cornerstone explained it was attributable to a staffing transition at the resort's legal department — and they were communicative during the extension period. Not a great experience overall, but a legitimate outcome. Four stars despite the timeline because the communication was honest and the result was real.
