Our deed transfer took twelve weeks instead of eight. Communication required us to initiate contact more than I would have liked. The documentation was correct when it finally arrived and the transfer is properly recorded. Three stars because the outcome was right but the experience was below average for a fee-based professional service. For a straightforward transfer, there are likely other options worth exploring.
