Our exit took fifteen months. During that time, we experienced two case manager changes with gaps in service each time, received contradictory information about where our case stood, and were told on one occasion that our case had been "temporarily misfiled." The exit is real — we received our release documentation. But the level of disorganization involved in getting there was not acceptable for a paid professional service. Two stars because the outcome exists but the process was genuinely poor.
