No Communication for Six Months — Unacceptable

1/5Proof Attached

Experience

I paid $3,200 in exit fees at signing. For the first six months, I received one form email confirming receipt of my payment and nothing else. When I called at month three, I was told my case was assigned. When I called at month five, I was transferred three times and eventually reached someone who said they would call me back. They did not. At month seven, I escalated in writing to the company owner. The exit was eventually confirmed at month thirteen. The result is real but I would not wish this experience on anyone.

What Went Well

Exit was eventually confirmed after escalation.

What Went Wrong

Six months of silence after signing. Phone escalations went unreturned. Only action followed written escalation.

Advice for Others

Escalate in writing at the thirty-day mark if you have not heard anything. Do not wait months. Written escalation is the only thing that worked for us.
