Our exit from a Holiday Inn Club vacation ownership took twelve months — at the upper end of their stated range. Communication was adequate but barely. Every update required us to call first. The exit is legitimate and the documentation is complete. I am not giving a lower rating because they did deliver on the core promise. But the experience in between was impersonal and effort-intensive from the client side. If you choose Cornerstone, plan to manage the process actively yourself.

Communication was entirely reactive. Never received a proactive update without calling first.
Advice for Others
Call on the same day every month. Consistency helps keep your case visible in their queue.
