Summit sold our Sun Valley week in seven months and the price was fair. My only frustration was that communication during months three and four was sparse. When I called, my consultant was helpful and up to date. But I should not have had to call to find out where things stood. Three stars because the result and expertise were there, but the proactive communication standard was not consistent throughout.

Idaho ski resort market expertise and a fair outcome on price.
What Went Wrong
Proactive communication was inconsistent in the middle months.
Advice for Others
Agree on a formal check-in cadence at the start and hold them to it.
