I am filing this review at the eighteen-month mark. My exit has not been confirmed. My case manager has changed three times. The most recent case manager I spoke with was unfamiliar with my file. When I asked for a refund, I was told that refunds were not available under my contract terms. I am now working with a consumer attorney to evaluate my options. I paid $3,800 and have received eighteen months of excuses. I would strongly caution anyone from choosing Blue Ridge Exit Solutions.

Nothing that has materialized into a result.
What Went Wrong
Three case manager changes, eighteen months without an exit, and a non-refundable contract.
Advice for Others
Avoid any company with non-refundable contract terms for services not yet rendered. It removes all leverage you have.
