We sold our Marriott Vacation Club interest through Sandcastle after eight months — about a month longer than their stated range. The process was good overall. Communication was consistent and the consultant was knowledgeable. The price came in at the lower-middle of the initial estimate range. I am giving four stars because the experience was solid and the outcome fair, with a minor timeline miss that was explained adequately.

Timeline exceeded the upper estimate by about five weeks.
Advice for Others
Florida resort resales are seasonal. Ask about the best time of year to list your specific property type.
