Below Expectations in Almost Every Way

2/5Proof Attached

Experience

We chose Blue Ridge based on their stated focus on mid-Atlantic resort properties. The initial consultation was thorough and confident. From month two onward, the experience declined steadily. Communication slowed. Case manager was replaced without notification. Timeline estimates were missed twice without explanation. The exit was eventually confirmed at month fourteen. For a company marketing expertise in Appalachian and mid-Atlantic resorts specifically, the execution did not match the promise.

What Went Well

The exit was ultimately confirmed with complete documentation.

What Went Wrong

Unannounced case manager replacement, two missed timeline estimates, and inconsistent communication throughout.

Advice for Others

Ask explicitly how case manager transitions are handled. If they cannot give you a clear answer, be cautious.
