Our exit took thirteen months. The stated range was eight to twelve. Two case managers left the company during our engagement, and each transition caused a multi-week gap in activity. The eventual exit is real and the documentation is correct. But experiencing two staff transitions on a single case — and having to re-explain our situation each time — was genuinely frustrating. Three stars because the outcome was right but the journey had too many disruptions.

Two case manager departures during the engagement with no continuity plan each time.
Advice for Others
Ask about their case manager retention and what their continuity procedure is when a case manager leaves. It is more common than it should be.
