Experience

Our exit took sixteen months and required three escalation emails to leadership before anything meaningful happened. The initial intake was professional and the salesperson was confident, which is what got us to sign. The follow-through was significantly worse than the sales process. The exit is real and I will not argue that. But the effort required to get there was disproportionate to the fee we paid. I would choose a different company if I had to do this again.

Exit was confirmed with legitimate release documentation.

What Went Wrong

Three leadership escalations required before the process gained real momentum. Timeline of sixteen months on an eight-to-twelve estimate.

Advice for Others

Escalate in writing earlier rather than later if communication gaps appear. Waiting for them to self-correct does not work.
