Professional Staff, Slow Timeline

The Magnolia Exit team was professional and knowledgeable throughout. My only complaint is that the exit took eleven months — two months past the upper end of their stated range. They were communicative during the overage period and explained the delay clearly, which I appreciated. The exit is legitimate and the documentation is complete. Four stars because the professionalism was real but the timeline miss was noticeable.
