I am writing this review at the fifteen-month mark with no exit confirmation and no clear timeline from the company. Their original estimate was eight to twelve months. I have called eleven times. I have sent seven emails. I receive assurances that my case is active, but I have never seen any documentation of that activity. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. I will update this review if the exit eventually happens. Until then, I cannot recommend this company.

Staff answered the phone when I called, though the information provided was not useful.
What Went Wrong
Fifteen months with no result and no legitimate explanation for the delay.
Advice for Others
Do not pay the full fee upfront. Insist on a milestone-based payment schedule and put exit completion in the contract terms.
