Magnolia Exit Group completed our exit in nine months. The process was fine — not outstanding, not problematic. Communication was adequate but not proactive. The exit was legitimate. The fee was in line with the industry. I am giving three stars because the experience was exactly average: they said they would do something, they did it, and the client experience in between was unremarkable. If you want reliable and average, this is a reasonable choice.

The experience was transactional and impersonal. No sense of a team working on your specific case.

Advice for Others

Ask to be assigned a dedicated case manager with direct contact information. It significantly improves the experience.
