The resale took ten months, which was outside their projected five-to-eight range. Communication slowed significantly after month five and required us to follow up several times to get status updates. The sale did complete and the price was within the range they quoted, so I am not giving a negative review. But I expected more proactive communication for the fee charged. Three stars: they get the job done but the client experience is inconsistent.

The sale completed within the price range quoted at the outset.
What Went Wrong
Timeline was two months beyond the upper estimate and communication dropped off in the second half.
Advice for Others
Stay on top of them. Regular follow-up from your end will keep your file visible and active.
