Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 6 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $3200 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.

The resale took ten months, which was outside their projected five-to-eight range. Communication slowed significantly after month five and required us to follow up several times to get status updates. The sale did complete and the price was within the range they quoted, so I am not giving a negative review. But I expected more proactive communication for the fee charged.
