The salesperson who signed us up was excellent — knowledgeable, confident, and reassuring. Once we signed, it felt like the service quality dropped immediately. We were assigned a case manager who left the company in month three and was never replaced. For two months after that, nobody could tell us who was handling our case. The exit was eventually completed at month fifteen, three months past the upper end of their stated range. The documentation is legitimate, but the experience was not close to what was sold to us.

Exit was legitimate and documentation complete.
What Went Wrong
Case manager turnover with no coverage during the gap, and a timeline miss of three months.
Advice for Others
Ask what happens to your case if your case manager leaves the company. Get the continuity policy in writing.
