The transfer completed. It took fourteen weeks instead of the eight-to-ten quoted, and communication between weeks six and twelve was sparse. When I called in, the team was helpful and responsive, but I should not have had to call. For a company that specializes in transfers, I expected the client experience to be smoother. The final documentation was correct and complete. Three stars because the outcome was right but the journey had too many silent stretches.

Communication was almost entirely client-initiated after week six.

Set a follow-up reminder every two weeks. Without regular check-ins, updates can be slow to arrive.
