Trident Timeshare Exit•3/16/2026
Experience
We got our exit from our Bluegreen contract after fourteen months. Trident was not the worst experience I could imagine, but it was far below what I hoped for. Communication was inconsistent, the timeline missed by three months, and I often felt like I was managing the process myself. The exit is confirmed and the documentation is real, so I am not giving one star. But I would approach this company with low expectations and a willingness to stay on top of them.
What Went Well
The exit is legitimate and the final release documentation was complete.
What Went Wrong
Inconsistent communication and a timeline that missed by three months without adequate explanation.
Advice for Others
Build a spreadsheet tracking every contact, promise, and update. You will need it if there are disputes.
