Experience

We signed with Trident expecting a professional exit process. What we got was an intake call, two months of silence, then a series of form emails that contained no specific information about our case. The exit did eventually happen at month sixteen, but only after I escalated in writing and threatened to file a formal complaint. The release documentation arrived with an error in the property description that took an additional three weeks to correct. Two stars because the exit is real, but everything about the process was below acceptable.

What Went Well

The exit was confirmed after escalation and the corrected documentation eventually arrived.

What Went Wrong

Long communication blackouts, a documentation error on the release, and a total timeline of nineteen months from signing.

Advice for Others

If you sign with them, escalate in writing at the first sign of communication gaps. Waiting will not help.
