The transfer took eleven weeks, slightly longer than their eight-to-ten estimate, but the team was communicative throughout and the delay was explained clearly — the resort's title department had a processing backlog. Harborview followed up on our behalf several times to move things along. The final transfer confirmation was complete and everything was properly recorded. Four stars because of the minor timeline overage, but the professionalism was good and I would use them again.
