Experience
The exit did eventually happen — I will give them that. But the communication was so poor that I genuinely did not know if the process was still active for months at a time. Three separate times I called and spoke to someone who seemed unfamiliar with my case and had to put me on hold to look it up. The exit was confirmed fourteen months after signing. Their stated range was eight to twelve. I am giving two stars rather than one because the result was real. But the experience of getting there was genuinely poor.
What Went Well
The exit completed and the release documentation was legitimate.
What Went Wrong
Consistent staffing issues — different people each time, none familiar with the case details. Timeline exceeded stated range by two months.
Advice for Others
Ask for a named case manager with direct contact information and escalation procedures before you sign anything.
