They completed our exit. It took eleven months instead of the seven to nine they quoted, and communication in the back half was inconsistent. We had to follow up more than we wanted. But the exit was legitimate, the documentation was in order, and nobody disappeared with our money. Three stars — they are not great, but they are not a scam either. If you choose them, stay on top of them.

The exit was real and the final documentation was complete and legitimate.
What Went Wrong
Missed the timeline estimate by two months and communication became increasingly client-initiated.
Advice for Others
Call them at the same time each month for an update. Consistency from your end helps keep your case visible.
