Nine months was at the longer end of their stated range, but Keystone got us out of our Club Wyndham contract cleanly. The process was professional. We received monthly status emails and could always reach someone within twenty-four hours when we called. The release documentation was thorough and legitimate. I would have given five stars if the communication had been slightly more proactive during the middle months, but the outcome was exactly what was promised.

Could have been more proactive with updates during months five and six.
Advice for Others
Set a monthly check-in expectation at the start and they will follow it.
