We were quoted four to six months. It took ten. The delays were never clearly explained and when I called for updates during months five through eight, I often got vague responses about the market being slow. We did eventually sell, but the experience left us feeling like we were not a priority. Two stars because the sale completed but the process was far below what was promised.
What Went Well
The sale did complete and the transfer was legitimate.
What Went Wrong
Timeline was nearly double the upper estimate with little explanation for the delays.
Advice for Others
Ask for a formal written timeline commitment and ask specifically what happens if it is not met.
