The outcome was fine — our timeshare sold after seven months and the price was acceptable. But getting updates during months three through six required us to initiate contact almost every time. The consultant was knowledgeable and responsive when we reached him, but we should not have had to chase him for status. Three stars because the result was real and the knowledge was there, but the experience in between needed more proactive outreach.
What Went Well
The consultant had genuine knowledge of the resort resale market and the sale outcome was fair.
What Went Wrong
Communication was almost entirely client-initiated during the middle months. Expected more regular check-ins.
Advice for Others
At the start, agree on a specific check-in schedule in writing. Without it, updates can become inconsistent.
