Empire State Exits•12/16/2025
Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 6 months to complete my timeshare exit. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail.
Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 6 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted.
I'm still waiting for resolution after 6 months and have filed complaints with the BBB.
Total cost: $3600 (higher than the initial quote of $1400). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
What Went Well
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
What Went Wrong
I had to chase updates constantly - they rarely proactively reached out.
