I worked with this company for approximately 4 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 4 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 4 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4800 (higher than the initial quote of $1600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What Went Well

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

What Went Wrong

I had to chase updates constantly - they rarely proactively reached out.

Advice for Others

Document everything and be ready to file complaints if they don't deliver.
