I worked with this company for approximately 18 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 18 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 18 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4600 (higher than the initial quote of $1600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Total cost: $4800 (higher than the initial quote of $2400). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
