What Went Well
Honestly, nothing went well. The only silver lining is that my credit card company has tentatively agreed to a chargeback while they investigate, and I've connected with other victims through a consumer complaint forum.
What Went Wrong
Everything. No work was actually performed despite taking $4,500. Blatant lies about progress being made. Staff turnover with no proper case handoffs. No refund offered despite their complete failure to deliver services. Possible fraud - I believe they never intended to help me.
Advice for Others
RUN from this company. Do your research before paying anyone. Check BBB complaints, Attorney General complaints, and search for lawsuits. Never pay large upfront fees - legitimate companies often work on contingency or with milestone payments. Get everything in writing including specific deliverables and timelines.
