Was told the process was "underway." July-September 2023: Complete radio silence. Emails went unanswered. Phone calls went to voicemail. When I finally reached someone, they said my case manager had left the company and my case was being "reassigned." October 2023: New case manager contacted me but seemed unfamiliar with my file. Had to re-explain everything and resend documents. November 2023-January 2024: Was told they were "negotiating with Wyndham" but couldn't provide any specifics or documentation of these negotiations. February 2024: Discovered that no formal exit process had actually been initiated with Wyndham. The company had apparently been doing nothing for 11 months. March 2024: Filed complaint with Florida Attorney General and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Still ongoing.
