Experience
What set this company apart was their communication. From day one, I knew exactly what to expect and they delivered on those expectations. My Shell Vacation exit took 6 months and $2,600, exactly as quoted.
Month 1: Comprehensive intake and document review.
Months 2-4: Active negotiation with Shell's resolution department.
Month 5: Agreement reached for deed-back at no additional cost.
Month 6: Paperwork completed and release confirmed.
What Went Well
Weekly email updates without fail. Monthly phone calls to discuss strategy. Clear explanation of each phase. No surprises on pricing or timeline. My case manager was the same person from start to finish.
What Went Wrong
Honestly, very little. The only minor issue was a brief delay in month 4 when Shell changed their internal contacts. The company adapted quickly.
Advice for Others
Good communication is worth paying for. Ask any exit company about their update schedule before signing. If they're vague, that's a red flag. This company sets the standard for client communication.
