Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 2 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 10 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 10 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $3800 (higher than the initial quote of $2200). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Months 4-5: Waiting period while Diamond reviewed my application. The company followed up with Diamond weekly and kept me informed of any developments. Month 6: Received conditional approval. Had to sign release documents and agree to forfeit my remaining points. Month 7: Final confirmation received. I'm officially free from all future maintenance fee obligations. Total cost: $2,200 flat fee paid in two installments.
