Scam Alert - Do Not Use This Company

I paid $3,200 in September 2023 and have received nothing but excuses since then. September 2023: Signed contract and paid fee. Was told the exit would take 6-9 months. October-November 2023: Received confirmation that my case was "assigned" and documents were being reviewed. December 2023: Asked for update, was told they were "preparing the demand letter." January 2024: Called multiple times, couldn't reach anyone. Left voicemails that weren't returned. February 2024: Finally reached someone who said my case manager was "on leave" and they'd assign someone new. March-April 2024: New case manager but same empty promises. Asked for proof of any work done - they couldn't provide any. May 2024: Company phone number disconnected. Website still active but no one responds to emails. Currently: Filed complaints with Florida Attorney General and FTC. Disputing charges with credit card company (may be too late for chargeback since it's been over 6 months).

I worked with this company for approximately 18 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 18 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 18 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $1500 (higher than the initial quote of $1600). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Quick Resolution, Very Satisfied

I worked with this company for approximately 9 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 5 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $3900 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.
