Write ReviewSolid Company, Reasonable Expectations
Used this company to exit my Bluegreen timeshare. The process was straightforward and completed in about 8 months. Month 1: Free consultation call where they explained their process. They were upfront that Bluegreen exits typically take 6-12 months. Paid $2,800 fee (split into two payments). Months 2-3: Document collection and case preparation. They reviewed my contract and identified that I'd been paying for benefits I never received (cleaning fees, exchange fees, etc.). Months 4-6: Negotiation phase with Bluegreen. They sent multiple demand letters on my behalf citing the discrepancies in my contract. Month 7: Bluegreen offered a deed-back if I paid one final maintenance fee installment. I agreed. Month 8: Signed release documents. Received confirmation that my ownership was terminated. Total cost: $2,800 + final maintenance fee ($1,100) = $3,900
Transparent pricing with no surprises. Regular communication - I received updates every 2-3 weeks. They found issues with my contract that strengthened the negotiation. The timeline matched their initial estimate almost exactly.
Frustrating Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 6 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 1 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 6 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 6 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $2600 (higher than the initial quote of $1300). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
