I worked with this company for approximately 14 months to complete my timeshare charity donation. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 14 months instead of the 6 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 14 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $2400 (higher than the initial quote of $2700). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

What went well:

Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.

Fast Exit - Impressed with Results

Contacted this company in March to exit my Orange Lake timeshare. By July, I had my release letter in hand. The 4-month timeline was even faster than their 6-month estimate. They identified that Orange Lake had a deed-back program and helped me navigate it quickly.

What went well:

Speed was excellent. Communication was fantastic - my case manager called me every Friday with updates. The total cost of $2,100 was lower than competitors I researched. No hidden fees.

Eventually Worked Out

I worked with this company for approximately 5 months to complete my timeshare resale. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 2-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 3-5. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the resale as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 5 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4100 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.

What went well:

The initial consultation was informative and the case manager assigned to me was helpful when I could reach them.
