Month 5 told legal filing fees would be $600 extra. Month 7 told resort required additional documentation processing at $800. Month 9 finally received release. 4 months over estimated timeline.

The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 3 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $2000 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.
