Write ReviewVery Disappointed with Service
I worked with this company for approximately 4 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 3 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 4 months instead of the 4 months they initially quoted. I'm still waiting for resolution after 4 months and have filed complaints with the BBB. Total cost: $4700 (higher than the initial quote of $2500). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
Charitable Transfer Worked Perfectly
I used this company's charity transfer program to dispose of a timeshare I inherited. Since I had no interest in keeping it and the resale value was essentially zero, donating it made sense. The process took 12 weeks from start to finish. Weeks 1-2: Consultation and document review. They verified the timeshare was eligible for donation. Weeks 3-6: Coordination with the receiving charity and preparation of transfer documents. Weeks 7-10: Resort approval process for the ownership transfer. Weeks 11-12: Final signatures and confirmation. Total cost: $1,500 flat fee plus I got a tax deduction for the donation.
The process was straightforward and well-explained. The receiving charity was legitimate and the tax documentation was handled professionally. My case manager was responsive and knowledgeable.
Mixed Experience But Got Results
I worked with this company for approximately 8 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail. The document phase went smoothly but communication became inconsistent during months 4-7. I had to follow up several times to get status updates. However, they did eventually complete the work and achieved the transfer as promised. The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 4 weeks after the paperwork was submitted. Total cost: $4000 (as quoted). Mixed feelings overall, but they did get the job done.
They were knowledgeable about my specific resort's processes and programs.
