Our timeshare sold after nine months on a quoted six-to-eight range. The outcome was acceptable — the price was within the estimate range — but communication during months five through seven required us to initiate contact most of the time. The consultant was responsive when reached but could have been more proactive. Three stars because the result was real and the knowledge was there, but the client experience was below what I expected for the fee charged.

Knowledge of the Gulf Coast market and a sale that came through within the price estimate range.
What Went Wrong
Communication became client-initiated during the middle months.
Advice for Others
Agree on a specific communication schedule at the start. Without it, the frequency can vary significantly.
