We were quoted a five-to-seven-month sale. Eleven months later, we are still waiting. We have had two interested buyers fall through, which Clearwater tells us is due to soft demand for our unit type. I understand market conditions are real. What I do not understand is why the initial estimate was five to seven months if the unit type is difficult to sell. Communication is adequate but the missed timeline has been frustrating. Two stars until the sale closes, at which point I will update if the outcome warrants it.

Timeline has significantly exceeded the initial estimate with no confirmed closing after eleven months.

Ask specifically about recent sales for your exact unit type at your resort before accepting a timeline estimate.
