Pacific Coast Resales•11/20/2025
Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 14 months to complete my timeshare deed-back. The initial consultation took about 2 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 3-phase process in detail.
Phase 1 involved document collection and contract analysis, which was thorough and professional. Phase 2 was the negotiation with the resort, where my case manager kept me informed throughout. The team communicated regularly via email and phone calls.
The final phase involved signing release documents and waiting for resort confirmation. I received my official release letter 4 weeks after the paperwork was submitted.
Total cost: $1900 (as quoted). I would recommend this company to others in similar situations.
What Went Well
The initial consultation was informative and the case manager assigned to me was excellent and very responsive.
What Went Wrong
Minor delays during the waiting period, but nothing major that impacted the overall outcome.
Advice for Others
Be patient with the process but don't hesitate to ask for updates. Good results are worth waiting for.
