Atlantic Coast Exits•4/19/2025
Experience
I worked with this company for approximately 5 months to complete my timeshare transfer. The initial consultation took about 3 weeks, during which they reviewed my ownership documents and explained their 4-phase process in detail.
Communication dropped significantly after the first month. Despite multiple attempts to get updates, I often went 4 weeks without hearing anything. The process took 5 months instead of the 5 months they initially quoted.
I'm still waiting for resolution after 5 months and have filed complaints with the BBB.
Total cost: $2700 (higher than the initial quote of $2800). I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
What Went Well
Very little went well in this process. The initial sales pitch was convincing but the follow-through was severely lacking.
What Went Wrong
Communication gaps during the middle months were frustrating. Timeline estimates were not accurate.
